Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and DukanOS, the operator of Dukanos. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Dukanos lets you run an online store, take orders on WhatsApp, sell in person with a point of sale, and manage stock, purchasing and invoices. Features available to you depend on your plan.
Your account
You must give accurate details and be old enough to enter a contract in your country. You are responsible for your password, for turning on two-factor authentication if you need it, and for what your staff do with the access you give them.
Your store and your customers
You are the seller. You set your prices, products, delivery terms and returns policy, and you are responsible for the goods you sell, the taxes you charge, the invoices you issue and the way you treat your customers' data. You keep ownership of everything you upload; you give us permission to store and display it only to run the service.
Plans, trial and payment
New businesses start with a free trial. After it, you choose a plan billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page. Plans have limits (products, branches, tills, staff, invoices and AI replies); you can move up at any time. If a payment is late, access is limited after a grace period and restored when you pay. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, which issues the receipt and handles taxes. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dukanos to sell illegal, counterfeit or dangerous goods, to send spam or unsolicited WhatsApp messages, to collect data you have no right to, to attack or overload the platform, or to resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend a store that breaks these rules or the law, and will tell you why.
WhatsApp and the AI assistant
You connect your own WhatsApp number and must follow WhatsApp's own terms and business policies. The assistant answers from your catalog and stock and can place delivery orders; it can make mistakes, so review its orders and conversations. Returns, discounts and complaints are handed to you. Daily reply limits depend on your plan.
Availability and support
We work to keep Dukanos available and back up data regularly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced when possible. Support is provided by email in Arabic, French and English.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop your subscription at any time; it ends at the end of the paid period. You can export your products, customers and documents before leaving. We may end the agreement for serious or repeated breaches. After closure, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes go to its competent courts, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
