Refund policy
This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Dukanos subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.
Free first month
Every new business starts with a free first month on any plan. No card is needed, so you only pay once you decide to keep going.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a payment, ask for a refund within 14 days of it and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at hello@dukanos.com with the email you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again. Periods older than 14 days are not refunded.
